If winds are 25mph or higher we will not be able to set up, even if the weather sources say the winds will calm down later in the day. We can’t move your time frame back nor can we setup for just an hour or two. We base the weather off the area we service and use multiple weather station and websites to determine our decision. The Oklahoma rules we have to abide by do not let us setup an inflatable in uncertain weather conditions, it’s dangerous for the children. We will notify you at least 1 hour prior to delivery, if we are unable to set up due to weather conditions. You can reschedule for another date and time of your choice if an inflatable is available for the specific date requested. We do not like to cancel if we do not need to, however, we must put the kids safety first.
