Yes, we are licensed and insured.

All of our inflatables are inspected by Oklahoma Department of Labor.

The children's safety is our very top priority, we would never setup any of our equipment that could be deemed dangerous.

We deliver to all of Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding areas.

First 15 miles are FREE, after 15 miles there will be a delivery fee of $2.00 per mile one way. Minimum of $15.

30+ mile delivery, minimum of $200 rental fee plus delivery fee.

We accept cash upon arrival or you can pay directly through our Square invoice sent via email.

All invoices need to be paid prior to us setting up the party equipment.

We ask you notify us as soon as possible. At least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Delivery- times should be arranged about 1-3 hours before the start of your event. If we arrive early for your event you will still receive your full rental time.

Pickup- we can pickup up to 2-3 hours after the time your rental is over.

Yes, we clean our units before and after every use.

Our units will be vacuumed or swept on site upon pickup, afterwards we will take it to our location and deep clean and sanitize the unit.

We can NOT set up any of our equipment on gravel as the constant rubbing of the rocks and gravel will damage the units.

Dry inflatables can be setup indoors or hard surfaces.

Wet inflatables can NOT be setup indoors or on hard surfaces.

Absolutely NOT. Products on our inflatables will leave permanent damage. Water is the only thing allowed on our units.

Please leave the unit inflated, we will need it inflated during pickup so we can sweep and vacuum out the unit as well as inspect for damage.

You will need to have everyone exit the unit, turn the unit off immediately, and unplug the power source.

Please be sure to notify us as soon as this occurs. The rental fee is non refundable if the unit has already been delivered and set up.

No, our insurance does not allow customers to pick up and set up the inflatable as the customer usually is not familiar with state and manufacturer regulations for safely setting up the inflatable.

We DO NOT provide a hose from the water spigot to the inflatable.

We only provide the hose and attachment for the water feature on the inflatable.
